What to do if WhoBook isn't working for you

  1. Login to your account on this website.
  2. Go to the "My account" link at the top right.
  3. Double check that your "Highrise Login URL" is correct, and that the SSL setting is correct for your Highrise account.
  4. Re-paste your authentication key to ensure it is correct.
  5. If things still aren't working, send an email to feedback@whobook.mobi with your WhoBook username, describing the error you received.
